ANNOUNCEMENT
SUBMISSION OF UPDATED ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT FOR CORPORATIONS
Effective July 15, 2025, Corporations are required to submit their latest General Information Sheet (GIS) reflecting the beneficial ownership information, duly received by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
